CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Jan. 10, 2025) – Charlotte County is working with its debris hauler, AshBritt, to remove debris from areas not maintained by the county, such as private roads and rights of way. The last day to submit right of entry forms for private property debris removal is Jan. 17.

Residents and communities needing private property debris removal must contact Charlotte County Public Works at 941-575-3600 to request a right-of-water entry form, which is required for the debris contractor to remove debris from private property.
