CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Sept. 12, 2025) – The construction of a new observation pier at Ollie's Pond Park located at 18235 Avon Ave., in Port Charlotte has begun. The park will remain open during construction.
Patrons are advised to use caution around fenced off work areas. The project is expected to be completed in 60-90 days.
