CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Sept. 16, 2024) — The Charlotte County Commission, acting ex-officio as the governing board of the Murdock Village Community Redevelopment Agency, has scheduled a meeting at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 23 in Room 119 of the Charlotte County Administration Center, 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte.
Topics include, but are not limited to, the Seventh Amendment to Agreement with Murdock Village Community Redevelopment Agency and KL WP Village LLC for purchase of MVCRA-owned land in Murdock Village.
The public is invited to attend and provide input.
