Design: Schenkel & Shultz. Construction Manager @ Risk: Wharton Smith. Construction of the electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, ductwork, sound panels, insulation, painting, exterior doors, exterior painting, and finishes is ongoing. Florida Power and Light has provided permanent power to the new Charlotte County Sheriff's District 4 Office and Training building. Contractor has poured all concrete sidewalk, irrigation piping has been installed, lift station and HVAC wiring have been completed. Carpeting, LVT, and asphalt has been completed throughout the building, we have a Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment delivery date of April first. Ceiling tiles have been installed throughout the building. Furniture has been delivered and installation has started
