Project Description

A 150 ft.of the northbound lane of David Boulevard has washed out from erosion for a total area of 150 ft.x45ft.x6 ft.. The northwest bound lane of David will need removed and replaced, measuring 150 ft.x11ft.. A 19 in. x 30 in. roadway RCP pipe crossing with miter ends on both sides will need both miters replaced with bars. A 14 ft. x 18ft. section of driveway within the right of way at 5755 David Blvd., will need to be removed and replaced. Drainage easement will need to be restored and ditch paving or rip rap will be required. Swale regrading and sod will be necessary.
