CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (May 5, 2026) – Beach Road between the Emil R. Swepston Bridge and Gulf Boulevard will have intermittent lane closures 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, May 7 for Public Works crews to trim vegetation along the right-of-way.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
