CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Aug. 18, 2026) — The Charlotte County Commission has scheduled a free barbecue and progress update on the Port Charlotte Beach Park Recreation Center and pool for 1 p.m., Sept. 1 at the park at 4500 Harbor Blvd. in Port Charlotte.
