Traffic Advisory - Midway Boulevard Lane Closure

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (July 29, 2025) – The westbound right-hand lane of Midway Boulevard from Amstead Street to Maracaibo Street will be closed 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, July 30 for Blue Streak Telecommunications to install underground fiber.

Travelers are directed to a detour with signage and should allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.

The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
