The purpose of the unit is to provide for the construction, reconstruction, repair, paving, repaving, hard-surfacing, re-hard surfacing, widening, guttering and draining of Suncoast Boulevard, including the necessary appurtenances thereto, from funds derived from special assessments levied within the unit.
