CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026) – Starting Thursday, Oct. 1, the Utilities Department will resume water service disconnections for accounts with past due balances.
Customers with accounts in arrears or who have received urgent notices by mail are encouraged to pay past due bills to avoid service interruption.
Customers can pay their bill online through Paymentus, in person, by mail, through their financial institution or at a designated drop box. For more information about payment options, visit www.charlottecountyfl.gov/MyUtilityBill.
